I have been far away from Mysore, in the U.S for the past 10 years and I SOM is my bridge to connect with the goings-on in and around our beloved royal city. Nice to hear about your 40 years of accomplishment. Its a great achievement. I remember Sadhvi a Kannada evening paper was the only local news paper we had in the 60’s when I was in school. Well Star of Mysore brought a new light to Mysore 40 years ago, still shining very bright. For the past 23 years I have been leaving abroad, but have not stopped reading your paper even for a day. I have read so many interesting articles which makes me real nostalgic and takes me back to those wonderful years of my childhood and youth in this great cultural and educational hub. Thanks for keeping this paper alive and serving the community. Good job and many congratulations.
