‘Krishi Suggi Sambhrama’ on Jan. 7: Release of books on agriculture

Mysore/Mysuru: Books providing information about agriculture will be released at ‘Krishi Suggi Sambhrama’ programme organised by Vishweshwaraiah  Development Organisation and Microbi Foundation at Kalamandira in the city on Jan.7 at 10 am.

Addressing a press conference at Patrakarthara Bhavan on Thursday, Organisation Secretary K.Ganesh said that  ‘Krishi Suggi Sambhrama’ will be inaugurated by MLA P.M. Narendraswamy.

Microbi Foundation President Dr. K.R. Hullunachegowda will preside. MLAs T.S. Srivatsa and Darshan Puttannaiah and others will participate as chief guests.

On the occasion, Krishi Bheeshmacharya, Krishi Dronacharya, Krishi Ekalavya and Krishi Ratna Awards will be presented to achievers.

Vishweshwaraiah Develop-ment Organisation’s Kumar, Manjunatha Dinka and Satyashree B. Shyam were present at the press meet.
