I have been using Kaveri Online Services App provided by the Department of Stamps and Registration to view information related to Encumbrance Certificate (EC), Registered documents etc.  The App version 1.0 was working fine by facilitating the above mentioned information without errors. The recent latest version 2.0 is not providing accurate information when we query. It does not provide information prior to 2020 as per my experience.

I think the concerned Department officials have not tested the version 2.0 software thoroughly before releasing to the general public across the State.

It is leading to inaccurate information among the general public resulting in misleading information and utter confusion.

I request the Office of the District Registrar to look into this issue and upgrade the new software or roll-back to the old one.
