The 3-part article titled “A visionary educationist of Mysore: N.S. Subba Rao” under the column ‘Mysore Memories’ by Dr. Bhagirath S. Naganath was liked by many persons like me as it took us to yesteryears and gave a peep into the lives of the noblemen of the past.

I thank the author for all the efforts taken to prepare the article and for the excellent photographs which are rare and requires to be preserved for the present and future generations.

Star of Mysore stands in line with any leading newspaper giving vent to the problems of people and at the same time publishing articles of interest and high scholarly value.
