Mysore/Mysuru: A 40-year-old man, said to be depressed in life, reportedly committed suicide by hanging self at his work place in Somanathanagar in the taluk on Tuesday morning.

The deceased is Anand, a resident of Krishnamurthy Nagar in city and was working at a fabrication shop in Somanathanagar near Lingambudhipalya.

Anand committed suicide at his work place yesterday at about 11 am and the incident has been captured in the CCTV camera. Jayapura Police, who have registered a case, are investigating.
