M.S. Prabhakar, proprietor of R.R. Enterprises on Thyagaraja Road, Agrahara, passed away on Jan. 31 in city.

He leaves behind his wife, two daughters, sons-in-law, grand-children and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill yesterday, according to family sources.
