Mysore/Mysuru: Suvarna Karnataka Kerala Samajam (SKKS) celebrated Onam festival at Campinground Resort, here on Sept. 3 in a traditional way. The celebrations started with Shinkari Melam, flower decoration, Thiruvathira, Bharathanatyam, Pulikkali, Vadamvali, etc., and served Onam sadhya.

The cultural programme was inaugurated by Registrar of Mysore University Prof. K.M. Mahadevan. SKKS Mysore District President Dr. Manu B. Menon welcomed. SKKS State President Chandrasenan, Secretary P.V. George, Ex-President Dr. Anil Thomas, Treasurer Shiju Krishnan, Rajan Jacob, Indira Nair, Anirudhan, George Kumar, Haridhas, Karunakaran Nair, Antony, Suresh Babu, Cultural Programme Convenor Vijayan, C.M. Thomas, George Kutty and others were present on the occasion.
