You must be the stupidest person available who can post such nonsense.
The Union Health Minsitry will not issue such a directive, unless they have the data that Covid-19 cases are increasing. The Hospital will not produce such a drill unless, they too know that cases are multiplying.
The last time in 2021, your PM was hiding for months growing a long white beard, and his government , the state government and the district officials, all neglected to check oxygen supplies.
Your one cell brain cannot understand how the clinical oxygen works, and hence your demented brain thinks, the lack of oxygen supplies in2021, was because of criminals who hoarded them! What a blithering idiot, you are! Becausw, how come the VIP patients could get the Oxygen and ordinary patients could not , in the SAME HOSPITAL, AND HENCE ALLOWED TO DIE?
The absence of your PM, who normally widely present to give pep talks, should indicate that he is again , shall we say, preparing to go into hibernation in the AIIMS, special unit, if the Covid-19 infections spreads again.

City and state police investigating agencies units also needs to be aggressive and look out for people who are trying to spread the rumors that covid has spread a lot more but government is suppressing the truth. Simililar techniques worked last time news channels and whatsapp messages were used to create panic and the criminals reserved beds for fake patients and oxygen was diverted from reaching the hospitals creating scarcity and panic and was patients had to buy them in black market. Similar techniques created havoc in Delhi and the mastermind was Amanathullah khan a politician.
I can see a similar trend if you read the comments section of many news papers including SOM. Whatever seriously the city and state trying to prepare, these criminals started claiming that Covid is already spread and trying to push the panic button.
The solution is simple. Investigate any fake bed reservations or complaints of oxygen shortage and eliminate the culprits and declare them as covid victims. The end result will be that the city will get rid of some criminals too because of covid.
