Rider killed after hitting bike to road divider

Mysore/Mysuru: A two-wheeler rider, who had sustained serious injuries after hitting his bike to a road divider on Mysuru-Hunsur Road and admitted to K.R. Hospital, has succumbed to injuries at the hospital.

The deceased has been identified as B.V. Venkataramana (50), a resident of Rajivnagar in city.

On June 21 at about 6.30 pm, Venkataramana, who was proceeding on his two-wheeler (KA-45-H-8447) towards Field Marshal K.M. Cariappa Circle (Metropole Circle), lost control of the bike and hit the road divider resulting in him sustaining serious injuries. Though he was admitted to K.R. Hospital, Venkataramana succumbed to injuries at about 9 pm at the Hospital.

Devaraja Traffic Police have registered a case.
