Privatisation all over the western world, where there are national utilities has not worked at all, as the conflicting dynamics between the investment and service delivery cost adding to the maintenance costs,-the latter exceeding the former, results in expensive water bills, as the private company claws back the money spent. Lesson learned: Never privatise the nationalised utilities.
