You start with a capitalised observation of the fake surveys, and question about the veracity of these surveys,. But in the second sentence complain about the dumping of garbage in your locality! If you had any brain, which I think you do not have, you would have realised that this dumping must be happening all over your city, making it dirty city. That explains why your city came eighth in this survey, which is generous As in pone of my visits to your city recently, I saw a polluted, congested and downright filthy city. I would have have put the ranking much lower than eighth.
Indore and generally MP with its forests, used to have dirtiest cities, and they have cleaned their acts.
Even Tirupathi, in my home state of AP is above Mysore city, given that it receives hundreds of thousands of devotees every day of the year-like the Dasara crowd each day.
Your government destroyed your city, when, I learn from my friends living in your city that it let the company Infosys to establish its training institute in a fertile land of green fields, sucking in thousands of people from all over India in 1980s,. Since then hundreds of companies and industries were allowed to move into to your city. Your city, I was told , once the most beautiful and the calm city , is degenerated into a city which looks an overpopulated Brazilian city,-dirty, increasing crimes, uncontrolled very polluting traffic etc..
During my recent visit, I saw your Chamundi Hill , treated just like any other extension in your city, with construction works, its road in a very bad shape, and its structure crumbling in many places. I see this holy Hill crumbling into a rubble within a few years.
Do not blkame Bangalore alone. Your city will be worse than Bangalore in a couple of years.

I wonder how these surveys are conducted. In Hebbal one can find many black spots. In fact I have complained numerous times about dumping of garbage in my locality but no action has been taken till now. Along with dumping, people also burn the garbage. Stray dogs population has increased exponentially due to garbage dumping.
