@Signorina Elettra. Your visit to India is a matter of regret, not Just for you but for every Indian. No foreign journalist should reach this miseably pathetic and humiliating situation that he has to gripe in an insignificant local daily like SOM. Many Indian cultures expect that men treat other women other than their own wife as either mother or sister. May be you too are doing the same and seeing the image of your own mother or sisters in these ladies when you realistically called them street hookers!

I made the mistake of visiting India, although as a journalist, and was appalled by the extent of corruption prevailing in that country. The officials seemed to be out of control, and were always selfish to further their interests whatever that suits them. This scandalous spat between two women, who should have been responsible government officers behaving like street hookers! May be that is what they are!!

These women passed civil service exams and became higher cadre officers, yet indulge in what is called cock fight.. Shame on them..

It appears this Sindhuri is running wild, behaving improperly and has amassed a large baggage of wrong doing of sorts.
Sending her personal pictures? Sounds like a frustrated woman!
This is an officer of the IAS cadre, who has tainted the cadre. Her husband seems to be a villain too. Just remove her from her position and send her home.

Sindhuri and her husband Reddy, who btw, was trying to usurp a patch of land, appear to be a couple, who think that they are beyond the arms of law.
Best for the CM to effect a transfer to this arrogant woman to a place like Mangalore fish port, so that she will be overseeing the export of dried fish cartons.
